I wanted to share the joy we experienced while searching and leasing an apartment for our son after he secured his first employment. Rob Eshelman and Staci Miller were very instrumental in assisting us and making the entire process very smooth. We appreciate this efforts during this very emotional time period and thank them for it. I’m not sure what these other reviewers are referring to, because I love my apartment. I have never seen any drug deals or had any issues with loud/obnoxious neighbors. Everyone I’ve worked with (leasing office, maintenance, etc) has been really helpful. This is a VERY LARGE property, so perhaps there is another building with these issues. Mine is great.

YOU WILL NOT AND CANNOT GET SLEEP AROUND HERE
MANAGEMENT/THE OFFICE IS SO IGNORANT THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY EVEN GO AS FAR AS TO TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU ILLEGALLY ALL THE WRONG WAYS

the neighborhood here is being taken over by trashy people that seem like they were looking in the area of chester and wound up here instead
houses are full of trashy drug dealers and trashy cars loud men, women should feel afraid to walk around here at night.
the area has fallen real bad lately and has become very unsafe.
the police have been to my building on a few occasions for neighbors but they do not seem to do much about anything here.

this place is slowly falling apart and looking more like you are in chester than west chester and the grimy people coming off the speta bus that stops right in front of the apartments makes matters worse for crime

I like the fact i call in 1 work order and they fixed it same day.the grounds are clean with a pool. johnny is a friendly and smart maintianence man.My husband and i like the west chester area a lot.I am from Delhi,India and made new friends at Goshen but i dont like the rent increase

These people are frauds seriously, DON’T RENT FROM THEM!!!! The keep deposits, never fix anything and apparently are involved in a ton of lawsuits!!! And they rent to people with multiple families known to live in one apartment together!!!!!!!!!!
they do not care about you and want you to pay and will jack up rent without notice
they require 3 months notice to move out or they charge you the three months after you move out and sue you.

I should have known from the start to avoid this management company. I traveled with my job and hardly lived in the apartment.So there was very little where and tear on the apartment itself. What service I needed from the management company was performed very badly. Most of the time the people in the office are very rude if not out right mean. After the original lease term was up the apartments raised my rent over $70 a month and threatened to raise it more each month after that. To finish I was nervous about my security deposit because of the experiences I have had with them so I took another apartment a month early (they require at least a THREE month notice to move if you do not provide it you sacrifice the whole deposit) just to give myself time to clean. I spent a week cleaning the place patching holes and steam cleaning the carpet. I when I received my security deposit (Late) I was charged $180 for not steam cleaning the carpet, $40 for a piece of tape left on one of the doors and $90 for a piece of tape on the ceiling. I took pictures of every room before I left just because I thought this will be a problem. My suggestion would be to avoid anything rented from this company. Also for any apartment owners I have talked to people who have been scammed by these apartments because of outrageous fees.
