Questions/Comments: Paint job & other miscellaneous repair work in apartment was very sloppy & obviously not inspected. Stairwell smells & 2^nd story windows needs washing very badly. On the other hand, I like the size & layout of the apartment & the neighborhood too.

Questions/Comments: My A/C is not working. Staff responded to my concern & I did have the unit set incorrectly. However, later that night, it was clear it was still not working (10PM on Friday). A call to the 24 hour # was unsuccessful due to the nature of the problem. I’m hoping for it to be fixed Monday.

We have been very satisfied with the service to date. However, we are still waiting for our fire place flue and chimney to be repaired. Problem noted by your staff inspection on May 4, 2010.

I am pleased with the service request but do let me know if someone will visit me. Because the wasp problem was an outside issue, I did not think that my participation was necessary. I was abruptly woken up from my nap but it’s okay.

I think the recycling center next to my apartment unit should be placed somewhere else or the branches above it should be cut down. There are way too many insects there and some of them are quite intimidating to be nearby. There needs to be a clearing so that I don’t fear for any bugs, especially ticks.

The technician actually fixed a problem from 4 and a half years ago (dead heating element), a problem that the office would not send someone to fix at that time. So I can now take a warm shower, and wash with warm water. The real problem was a blessing. I requested a technician again, and this time the release valve was replaced. Now all is well. Thank you.
