Poor management

We moved in about 8 months ago, and have been very disappointed with the management, and their lack of help with problems we are having with cigarette smoke in our apartment. We do not smoke, and were promised when we moved in here that we would not smell smoke in our apartment. Since November, we there has been a strong cigarette smell that comes and goes, and we have tried numerous times to get help from management about this, but most of the time they are not available and do not return messages, and when we are able to talk to the leasing manager, there isn’t a whole lot she does to help. Everything else about our apartment is nice, but we have been very frustrated with the way our problems have been ignored by management.
