A Message From a Goshen Terrace Resident

I am writing to say how pleased I have been living at Goshen Terrace. My elderly father and I moved down here in May 2009 from State College, PA. Our lease was transferred from Toftrees in State College, which was purchased by Berger while we were living there. It was obvious they were under new management because the grounds immediately began to get fixed up, as did the buildings of Toftrees, which had been let go. We have found Goshen Terrace to be a great place to live, with ample parking, enough lighting and we have always felt save here. I cannot commend the maintenance crew enough; they are all excellent-John, Brandon, Bill, etc. I highly commend the company.  A friend lives in NYC in an apartment costing over $5000 per month, much more than this, and she has a toilet that overflow and poor maintenance.
