A lot of new upgrades

My wife and I have been at Goshen Manor for over two years, we started in a basic one bedroom for a year and went to an upgraded apt.that they now have to offer. The management is new and if you e-mail them with an issue they get back to you promptly and the repair is made in the same manner,it is very nice living in walking distance to a shopping center that is very safe,our hallway carpets have been replaced recentely and so have the windows.It is an old building so the only real issue I have is the flooring is very noisey and creeky other than that you cant hear the neighbors next to you. The utility deal is nice, you dont pay for water,heat or gas just your electric which is cheap so considerign the location it’s a great monthly rate for what you get. You are also near Delaware,Philadelphia and the borough of West Chester.
