At Berger Rental Communities, we constantly strive to make your stay with us enjoyable. How can we further improve our resident services department?
On site management in a situation involving major renovations should be more sensitive to resident needs-relocation was never offered or bill adjustment. The regional Maintence Mgr called to explain, but curiously, on site management was never in the loop and offered no solutions or concern-this was a major project mishandled in terms of resident concern, work scheduled-it was never a priority, and you tell me others were affected?
