My wife and I have been at Goshen Manor for over two years, we started in a basic one bedroom for a year and went to an upgraded apt.that they now have to offer. The management is new and if you e-mail them with an issue they get back to you promptly and the repair is made in the same manner,it is very nice living in walking distance to a shopping center that is very safe,our hallway carpets have been replaced recentely and so have the windows.It is an old building so the only real issue I have is the flooring is very noisey and creeky other than that you cant hear the neighbors next to you. The utility deal is nice, you dont pay for water,heat or gas just your electric which is cheap so considerign the location it’s a great monthly rate for what you get. You are also near Delaware,Philadelphia and the borough of West Chester.

I’ve lived here for almost two years. This is a very big apartment complex. It is true that the apartment buildings are old and the walls between different units are thin. However, the maintenance is good. Typically maintenance people respond to my request in a timely manner and fix problems quickly. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Since I moved in, I have seen a lot of improvements in facilities and grounds. I read some comments complaining about the noise. I think it really depends on which building it is since there are so many buildings here. Overall all, the apartment is acceptable.

Living in Audubon has been great. I have been here over 10 years. I like the staff here, they are friendly and knowledgeable. They want to make the apartment our home. They go the extra mile to make sure any questions or issues are answered or resolved in a timely manner.

It did take some time and some calling the Office and reminding to finally get the repair done. But once it was done we have no complaints. Stacy was a great help! She managed to even make it enjoyable!

The overall experience so far has been great. The staff is very kind and attentive to resident needs. Property Manager, Lois went out of her way to make sure my move in experience went somoothly and continues to follow up. Everything is very convenient, trash is right outside, hot water, washer and dryer work great. So far it’s been great, I definitely recommend moving here!

I would like to express my gratitude to Joel and Ryan and all the staff at both Goshen manor and the Goshen Terrace apts. They are very genuine people who made me feel that I’m home. And that means a lot considering I came cross country from Ca. from a difficult divorce and having to start a life all over from scratch, they not only were professional at what they do but became my frist real friends in a town. Im grateful for there kindness and care for all my business and personal needs.
